PHẦN A — TIẾNG VIỆT (BẢN CÓ GIÁ TRỊ PHÁP LÝ)

1. Đối tượng phục vụ

Dịch vụ dành cho người từ đủ 16 tuổi. Chúng tôi không cố ý thu thập dữ liệu của người dưới 16 tuổi; nếu phát hiện, chúng tôi sẽ xóa dữ liệu đó. Phụ huynh/người giám hộ phát hiện con em cung cấp dữ liệu vui lòng liên hệ thông tin ở mục 10.

2. Dữ liệu thu thập và xử lý

Chúng tôi chỉ thu thập: các thông tin được bạn cung cấp trong quá trình sử dụng dịch vụ nhằm mục đích cung cấp dịch vụ và nâng cấp trải nghiệm của bạn.

Chúng tôi KHÔNG thu thập: mật khẩu (chỉ dùng Google OAuth); thông tin thẻ/tài khoản ngân hàng (thanh toán QR diễn ra ngoài hệ thống); tọa độ GPS chính xác — chỉ lưu khu vực ở mức thô, và vị trí không được lưu quá phiên hiện tại trừ khi bạn lưu kế hoạch.

3. Xử lý bằng AI

Nội dung trò chuyện của bạn được gửi tới nhà cung cấp mô hình AI (Google — Gemini) để tạo phản hồi và lịch trình. Dữ liệu được gửi ở mức cần thiết để tạo kế hoạch. Các nhà cung cấp này hoạt động với vai trò bên xử lý dữ liệu theo hợp đồng dịch vụ của họ.

4. Chia sẻ dữ liệu — các bên xử lý

Chúng tôi không bán dữ liệu cá nhân. Dữ liệu được chia sẻ với các bên xử lý sau để vận hành Dịch vụ:

  • Google (đăng nhập OAuth; cung cấp dịch vụ và tạo nội dung)
  • Supabase (cơ sở dữ liệu lưu trữ tài khoản, phiên, sở thích)
  • Đối tác affiliate (Shopee, Lazada...): khi bạn bấm liên kết mua sắm, nền tảng đích nhận sự kiện nhấp chuột theo cơ chế affiliate của họ; chúng tôi không gửi hồ sơ cá nhân của bạn cho họ.

Cơ quan nhà nước có thẩm quyền: chúng tôi cung cấp dữ liệu khi có yêu cầu hợp pháp.

5. Thời hạn lưu trữ

  • Lịch sử kế hoạch: 12 tháng, sau đó tự động xóa.
  • Liên kết Google Sheet: hết hạn sau 7 ngày.
  • Dữ liệu vị trí: chỉ trong phiên hoạt động (trừ khu vực thô gắn với kế hoạch bạn chủ động lưu).
  • Tài khoản và sở thích: cho đến khi bạn xóa tài khoản hoặc rút lại đồng ý.
  • Hồ sơ đồng ý và đối soát thanh toán: lưu theo thời hạn cần thiết để chứng minh tuân thủ và nghĩa vụ kế toán, thuế.

6. Bảo mật

Biện pháp áp dụng gồm: phân quyền truy cập dữ liệu theo từng người dùng (row-level security); liên kết giao kế hoạch tự hết hạn; khóa API chỉ lưu phía máy chủ; kiểm soát quản trị bằng xác thực phía máy chủ; không lưu dữ liệu thanh toán. Không hệ thống nào an toàn tuyệt đối; khi xảy ra sự cố lộ lọt, chúng tôi sẽ thông báo cơ quan có thẩm quyền và người dùng bị ảnh hưởng theo thời hạn luật định.

7. Quyền của chủ thể dữ liệu

Theo Luật Bảo vệ dữ liệu cá nhân 2025, bạn có quyền: được biết; đồng ý và rút lại đồng ý; truy cập, xem, chỉnh sửa; xóa dữ liệu; hạn chế hoặc phản đối xử lý; yêu cầu cung cấp dữ liệu; khiếu nại, tố cáo và yêu cầu bồi thường thiệt hại theo quy định.

Bạn xin vui lòng gửi yêu cầu tới thông tin liên hệ ở mục 10, chúng tôi phản hồi trong thời hạn quy định tại Nghị định 356/2025/NĐ-CP. Bạn cũng có thể tự xóa các phiên đã lưu tại trang /account. Bạn có quyền khiếu nại tới cơ quan quản lý nhà nước về bảo vệ dữ liệu cá nhân (Bộ Công an).

8. Cookie và công nghệ tương tự

Chúng tôi dùng cookie cần thiết cho đăng nhập/phiên làm việc. Bạn có thể quản lý cookie trong trình duyệt; tắt cookie cần thiết có thể làm Dịch vụ không hoạt động.

9. Thay đổi Chính sách

Chính sách có thể được cập nhật; phiên bản mới đăng tại /legal kèm ngày cập nhật. Thay đổi trọng yếu về mục đích hoặc phạm vi xử lý sẽ được xin đồng ý lại khi pháp luật yêu cầu.

PART B — ENGLISH (COURTESY TRANSLATION)

1. Who the Service is for

The Service is for users aged 16 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16; if discovered, such data will be deleted. Parents/guardians who find their child has provided data should use the contact in Section 10.

2. Data collected and processed

We only collect: the information you provide while using the Service, for the purpose of delivering the Service and improving your experience.

We do NOT collect: passwords (Google OAuth only); card/bank details (QR payment happens outside the system); precise GPS coordinates — only a coarse area, and location is not stored beyond the active session unless you save the plan.

3. AI processing

Your chat content is sent to an AI model provider (Google — Gemini) to generate responses and itineraries. Only what is needed to build your plan is sent. These providers act as data processors under their service agreements.

4. Data sharing — processors

We do not sell personal data. Data is shared with the following processors to operate the Service:

  • Google (OAuth sign-in; service provision and content generation)
  • Supabase (database storing accounts, sessions, preferences)
  • Affiliate partners (Shopee, Lazada, etc.): when you click a shopping link, the destination platform receives the click event under its affiliate mechanism; we do not send them your personal profile.

Competent state authorities: we provide data upon lawful request.

5. Retention

  • Plan history: 12 months, then auto-deleted.
  • Google Sheet links: expire after 7 days.
  • Location data: active session only (except the coarse area attached to a plan you actively save).
  • Account and preferences: until you delete your account or withdraw consent.
  • Consent records and payment reconciliation records: kept as long as needed to demonstrate compliance and meet accounting/tax obligations.

6. Security

Measures include: per-user data access controls (row-level security); auto-expiring plan-delivery links; server-side-only API keys; server-side admin authentication; no payment data stored. No system is perfectly secure; in the event of a breach we will notify the competent authority and affected users within the statutory deadlines.

7. Your rights

Under the Law on Personal Data Protection 2025 you have the rights to: be informed; consent and withdraw consent; access, view, and rectify; delete; restrict or object to processing; request provision of your data; and complain, denounce, and claim damages as provided by law.

Please send requests to the contact in Section 10; we respond within the deadlines set by Decree 356/2025/ND-CP. You can also delete saved sessions yourself at /account. You may lodge complaints with the state authority for personal data protection (Ministry of Public Security).

8. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies essential for sign-in/sessions. You can manage cookies in your browser; disabling essential cookies may break the Service.

9. Changes to this Policy

This Policy may be updated; new versions are posted at /legal with an updated date. Material changes to processing purposes or scope will be re-consented where the law requires.
